How was my weekend

My weekend was too long. I have five days of.In Friday I went to my another class in Renton Technical College. Saturday I attend a Hispanic Convention in Tacoma. Sunday I was very busy cleaning out my house.And today I check all my bills to make such that they were paid.

About I love you

I have been watching the movie "The pursuit of happiness" and yesterday Chris "The father" said a few times to his son cristopher that he love him. And my family or in my culture, I Don't remember that my father or my mother said to me "I love you" I think that they said this word in a different form or for them was not normal to used.
I never heard my father said to me, I love you.
Usually one of my friends told me that she loves me.
Sometimes my boss saids,"I love you!"

Money

Everybody needs money to survive in this world.
If I don't have money I will end in the streets.
In this modern world everything is about money.
The movie "pursuit of happiness" money play a big part of Chris life. For example:
1. He can't bought a car.
2. His wife moves to another place.
3. He can't pay his rent.
4.No money to pay his tickets, etc.

What rights are important to you? Why?
The rights that are important to me is: the right of freedom of speech, of religion, of Assembly and to pursuit of happiness.

What do you like best about the US?
I like their democracy, the people, the opportunities to have a better live and the liberty.




What is the most difficult part about learning English?
For me is, the way how to enunciate the words, the sounds and the most difficult part I think is how to write it.



When I first came here,I.....
I was living in San Fernando Valley, in Los Angeles, CA. From there I went to Bakersfield CA. After that I move to Carson City, Nevada and I came to Mount Vernon, WA. in 1995.



Who is your idol or role model? Explain.
I don't know for sure, but I have a few, for example: Martin Luter King junior,Cesar Chavez, Suze Orman, and Bill Clinton.
